EVENT SCHEDULE

  • Festival Grounds open at 10:00 AM on Friday (3/15/24) & Saturday (3/16/24) and 9:00 AM on Sunday (3/17/24).

  • Festivities conclude on Sunday.

  • Kindly plan your travel accordingly and consider rideshare options for a seamless experience.

PARKING

  • Only 200 cars are permitted on the premises, emphasizing the importance of ridesharing.

  • Three designated parking areas: General Parking Lot, Car-Camping area, and RV & Bus Parking Lot.
    *Refer to the map for your assigned area.

  • Weekend Pass holders have access to car-camping.

  • For group camping, coordinate travel plans in advance to enter the festival grounds together.

  • Once parked, refrain from moving your car unless for emergency purposes. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Lodging

  • Camp with tent (Moonshadow Tent Rentals Available)

  • Bring your personal RV (Must Purchase RV Parking Pass)

  • Rent a Moonshadow RV

  • Opt for a Moonshadow Cabin Rental

Pets

We ask you to kindly leave your fur babies with a sitter! In cases of a support animal, they must be leashed at all times. No Exceptions. Please e-mail hello@moonshadowfest.com with request and documentation One (1) Month in Advance. Failure to comply with this policy, may result in removal from the festival premises.

Medical Assistance

Medical assistance is available on-site. In the event you encounter an individual who appears unwell, distressed, anxious, or is experiencing a challenging situation, please seek immediate assistance. Locate a festival staff member and provide comprehensive information to the medical staff. It is important to note that neither you nor the affected individual will face repercussions for seeking assistance.

Age Policy

This event is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Valid identification will be checked at the entrance gate, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual.

ATMS & Cash

Please ensure you bring cash, as there are no ATMs available on-site. Additionally, some vendors may accept Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay, contingent upon the availability of cellular service and Wi-Fi.

BATHROOMS & SHOWER

Portapotties will be available on-site., and there are two shower facilities by the pool area.

Food

We offer an array of exceptional food vendors. While grilling is permitted, open fires are not allowed unless contained within an above-ground fire pit.

Wifi & electricitiy

Please be advised that there will be no public Wi-Fi, cell phone charging stations, or electrical outlets available on-site.

Water

We recommend each attendee bring a supply of 10 gallons of water per person. While free water will be provided, it is advisable to bring your own as a precautionary measure.

Clothing Optional Areas

Nudity is allowed on festival grounds.
